Bail Office Bounties are a series of Freemode Missions in GTA Online, given by Jenette Eccles and associated to the Bail Enforcement Offices property.
This job has been added to the game as part of the 1.69 Bottom Dollar Bounties update on June 25, 2024, and is available on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
This is a Solo or Co-Op mode that can be played by 1 to 4 players.
While Standard Targets are more likely to be your garden variety lowlifes, the Most Wanted Targets are the upper echelon of criminal scum: CEOs, movie stars, legendary street racers, and the like. Most Wanted Targets can be completed once per day, while ambitious bounty hunters can wrangle as many Standard Targets as they want.
It also pays to remember this ain’t the Wild West — both Standard and Most Wanted Targets are considerably more valuable alive than dead, so be cautious when doling out lethal force, even when dealing with the most intense stand-offs. Non-lethal equipment like the Stun Gun can prove useful when attempting to subdue targets. You can use the Bail Enforcement van to safely haul live Bounties back to your holding cell, or if need be, deliver their remains to LS County Coroners.
After purchasing a Bail Office from Maude Eccles, the player will be introduced to the topic of Bounty Targets by her daughter, Janette Eccles. From the office computer, the player can choose to search for a high-value Most Wanted bounty target daily, or one of three standard cost bounty targets that are infinitely replayable.
Once a target is selected, the player will be provided information to help track down the target. The player has two options upon reaching his target:
- Incapacitating and disarming the target to capture them alive - this can be done using a Stun Gun or by carefully injuring the target with a firearm or a vehicle so as not to kill them.
- Eliminating the target and delivering them to Maude's boyfriend Murph. This deducts 75% of the cash reward, so is much less profitable than delivering the target alive.
Altough the Bail Enforcement Burrito spawns when a Bounty Mission begins, the player can use any vehicle to get to the target, as the Bail office van will automatically spawn at the target's location when arrested.
Bail Office Bounties: Most Wanted Targets
There are a total of six Most Wanted targets. A single target will be available on the computer and will cycle out daily.
Most Wanted - Whitney
Alright, that one's a weird one. She's a serious businesswoman. A CEO. So, obviously, she dodges everything that comes her way... quarterly reviews, taxes, conspiracy to murder charges... and, now, she's jumped bail by bein', get this... dead! Honestly, people will try anything...
Our target is Grace Whitney: CEO, billionaire, criminal and dead woman according to every clickbait article you can find about her online. What's crazy is she skipped bail right before the tragic fatal accident took her life. Skeptical? No shit. Let's investigate.

Most Wanted - Lieberman
Okay, this guy? Arrested for embezzlin', but it turns out he owns half the city. Got spooked by loansharks and went totally dark. He's been off the radar ever since. Luckily for us, everyone slips up eventually...
So, we're going after Chaz Lieberman. Man's a gambler. Hunted by loansharks and now by Bottom Dollar, he's fast becoming LS's Most Wanted man. All we gotta do is grab him before anyone else gets hold.

Most Wanted - O'Neil
Obviously, there's an O'Neil in the system. But this one's got a real weird stink about 'im! Got a whole streak of different bounties! In normal circumstances, I'd give those inbred creeps a real wide berth, but duty calls, y'know?
Our target's an O'Neil. Surprise surprise... And little ole Leroy here's got a whole lot of charges and a whole lot of bail bonds to his name you'd think it was too good to be true. But a payout's a payout. We gotta bring him in. Just watch out for his cousins and brothers. Spoilers: they're the same people.
- Go to the abandoned motel.
- Find a way out of the basement.
- Leave the basement.

Most Wanted - Thompson
This guy? Ooh, boy! Former heavyweight on a second degree murder charge. Somethin' of a legend back in his day, but now he's runnin' bad steroids 'round town. Got serious monster muscle. No wonder no one's wrangled 'im yet... Y-you'll be fine.
Got one Brock Thompson on the system. Man's the kind of gym rat who eats other gym rats for his pre workout. Lats for daaaays! He could crack your head like a watermelon between those shoulders. So how do we get the drop on a guy like Brock? Element of surprise, partner. That's how.
- Destroy the signal jammers to locate the convoy.

- Open the back doors of the Mule Custom.
- Secure Brock Thompson.

Most Wanted - Song
Ooh! A Vinewood actress! If the name doesn't ring a bell, I don't blame you. Not exactly a big household name. But, y'know what'll get 'er in the headlines? The tax fraud charges she's runnin' from!
So Miss Cleo Song's on our hit list. Yep, THE Cleo Song. The Vinewood star. And it just so happens she's got a shoot right here in LS. Lucky for us, unlucky for her. All you have to do is break into the studios and get her out. Walk in the park, right?

Most Wanted - Garcia
So... you wanna go after the car-stealin', street racer with multiple hit-and-runs, huh? Well, I hope you took your advanced drivin' course, 'cause this guy can outdrive everyone in Los Santos. Better move fast if you wanna catch 'im...
Here's our guy. Omar Garcia - party boy, douchebag, street racer, car thief. Classic combo in this town. You're gonna have to be real fast to catch this one, but then I heard you've been known to break a few traffic laws yourself.

Bail Office Bounties: Bounty Missions
The player will always have a choice of one of three targets that offer standard rewards. These do not cycle out and can be replayed infinitely.
Bail Office Bounty - Bank Robbery
The target gang / family of this mission are Kkangpae. More specifically, the player must hunt criminals that have commited bank robberies.
Bail Office Bounty - Bank Robbery: Targets
Three words... Kkangpae. Bank robber. Ka-ching! Wait, is "bank robber" one or two? Th-this is a nasty one, his signature is knockin' the teeth out of a bank customers' mouths. You know how expensive teeth are?
You want 'im? Then, you better move quick! He's a real impatient bank robber. Likes to shoot at tellers that take too long. Not every day we got a Korean mob hitman about to bust a bank. Grab your keys and get outta here, now!
Robbery and burglary charges? Rumor is, he also kills all his witnesses. Can't prove it, though. Ain't any living witnesses! We've got ourselves a old-school member of the Korean mob. Figure that means some old-school justice is in order, don't ya think?
Bail Office Bounty - Prison Bus
The target gang / family of this mission are Ballas. More specifically, the player must hunt convicted criminals that have escaped from prison buses.

- Disarm and secure target.
- (alive) Take target to the Bail Office.

Bail Office Bounty - Prison Bus: Targets
Ooh, okay. This is seriously fresh. Guy was in prison, awaitin' trial when he jumped the frickin' bus! Then he stole a regular bus, and let's not get into what happened to that, but, if we're gonna get 'im, we need to get on it, now!
Last I heard, this guy was safe and sound in prison for drivin' his car through a birthday party. Imagine my surprise when he popped up on the database. I near spat out my Sprunk.
You know what's more infuriatin' than folks skipping bail? Folks skippin' state prison. This asshole was doin' time for shootin' up a Cluckin' Bell because they got his order wrong. And now, he's just got out. If we don't find 'im and claim the reward, someone else will!

Bail Office Bounty - CCTV: Targets
Alright, I'm seein'... charges of distribution, burglary, assault, and first-degree murder on that guy. Every authority in town has gone after this guy, got their hand on 'im, but every time they catch 'im, he just slips right through. During his last escape, he hit a couple people that were just waitin' at the bus stop! As if takin' the bus wasn't bad enough!
That one's a piece of work. Assault, homicide. Got told by my contact that he's "feisty". Y'know, the way a rabid bear might be considered "feisty".
Interested? He was busted for drug trafficking before he disappeared. But, my sources say he's still causin' trouble 'round town. Likes to spend time at the Vanilla Unicorn! But the girls there say he's a rough customer. Someone needs to enforce the "no touchin' rule" on him.

Bail Office Bounty - Clubhouse: Targets
I heard this one's a passenger princess in a big bad biker gang. But, considerin'the kidnappin' charges against her, I got a feelin' that whole side-saddle damsel aesthetic is just a shitty act.
Oh, this frickin' woman, I swear. She's like a shitty bug that keeps poppin' up on the system. Got a record longer than a twenty-four-seven receipt. Theft, stalkin', harrasment, extortion, vehicular manslaughter, drunk end disorderly... And that last one sounds fun, 'cept it led to the one before it. Sooner we bring her in, the better.
This one? She's got three counts of robbery. Troubled member of a local biker gang. You know anything about biker gangs? Well, this ain't the "cute cookout" kind, more the "run-over-your-dog-and-shoot-out-your-kneecaps" kind.

- Secure target.
- (alive) Take target to the Bail Office.
- (dead) Take target to LS County Coroners.
Bail Office Bounty - Mansion Intimidation: Targets
Okay, okay. So, you're feeling classy today, huh? Nothin' like embezzlement to bring you to the heights of the LS elite. Why do they always embezzle from the charities? All these banks they could steal from, and they take the donations from the Hugs for Veterans fund, instead.
Card fraud, insurance fraud, more fraud... This lady took out credit lines in all her housekeepers' names to buy luxury decor. Ruined their lives! But, I will admit, the pictures of her place are stunnin'. I wanna hear all the juicy details when you've brought her fancy ass back here.
Hey, did you see the articles about this one? This bitch's wanted for fraud, embezzlement, a bunch of crazy shit. She bragged about drivin' a Pegassi through her business rival's window and taking a dump on their desk. She left out the part where she hit a receptionist. Nice PR move, there.
Bail Office Bounty - Arcade
The target gang / family of this mission are Duggans. More specifically, the player must hunt criminals from the Duggan family.
- Go to the Duggan's hideout.
- Take out the Duggans.
- Break into the hideout.
- Disarm and secure target.
- (alive) Take target to the Bail Office.
- (dead) Take target to LS County Coroners.
Bail Office Bounty - Arcade: Targets
Alright, I got this one for you. Jumped bail durin'a grand larceny trial. Had a scam runnin' a fake bank, cleaned a few dozen decent folk out of their life's savin's. Must be a talker, 'cause he ain't a looker. But then again, Duggans never are...
Check this guy out. He's rollin' in Duggan money. Still doesn't stop 'im committin' insurance fraud. Burned down an apartment he was rentin' out, burned the tenant's dog with it! Typical Duggan, if you ask me...
Got a guy who goes by "Duggan", but his legitimacy is wishful thinkin' on his part, I reckon. Hell of a record. Assault, embezzlement, arson, manslaughter, animal cruelty, indecent exposure... Could be trouble.
