Compact EMP Launcher

The Compact EMP Launcher is a weapon in the Heavy Weapons class featured in GTA Online, added to the game as part of the 1.58 The Contract update on December 15, 2021.

The in-game version of the weapon is manufactured by Coil.

This weapon can be tinted in a different color, but does not have any attachment customizations.

How to get the Compact EMP Launcher in GTA Online:

The Compact EMP Launcher can be purchased in GTA Online from The Agency Armory and Gun Van for a price of $525,000.

The Compact EMP Launcher can only be obtained from the Armory located inside an Agency Property. However, you can also buy the weapon from another player's Agency, without needing to own an Agency or the Armory upgrade yourself.

Compact EMP Launcher Description:

Ever seen a confetti cannon? The Compact EMP Launcher is just like that, but instead of paper and happiness, it's an electromagnetic pulse, short circuits, and shattered dreams.

Similar in style to the Compact Grenade Launcher, the Compact EMP Launcher fires unique EMP grenades that can disable the engine of a vehicle for 5 seconds (without damaging it).

Due to the slow travel time and arcing projectile, it's pretty difficult to hit moving targets with the Compact EMP Launcher.
