The design of the Homing Launcher is based on a real life SA-7 Grail and FIM-92 Stinger. The in-game version of the weapon is manufactured by Hawk & Little.
This weapon can be tinted in a different color, but does not have any attachment customizations.
How to get the Homing Launcher in GTA 5 Story Mode:
In the Story Mode of GTA V, the Homing Launcher can be purchased from Ammu-Nation for a price of $165,000.
It becomes available after completing the mission Minor Turbulence in Story Mode.
