He had been involved in a lot of controversy during his mandate. By 1998, he is controlled by the Forelli Family, and attempts to arrest the Leone Don Salvatore Leone. In revenge, Toni Cipriani kills Mayor C. Hole while he is on his jog in Belleville Park.
