With weaker statistics than its counterpart, the M4, the Ruger is not that great of a rifle. Of course, if you have nothing else to use, it can still provide good firepower, but there are better options.
How to get the Kruger in GTA Vice City:
The Kruger can be purchased from Ammu-Nation (Ocean Beach), for a price of $1,000.
It becomes available after completing the mission Guardian Angels in Story Mode.
The Kruger can be found and picked up around the Vice City map (see the spawn locations in the "Appearances" section below).
