The HVY Barrage is an armored weaponized Military vehicle featured in GTA Online on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, added to the game as part of the 1.42 The Doomsday Heist update on December 12, 2017.
How to get the Barrage in GTA Online:
The Barrage can be obtained in GTA Online as a Bonus Reward, or it can be purchased for a price of $2,121,350.
The Barrage can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at MOC / Avenger Workshop.
Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Barrage from the Mechanic.
How to unlock the Barrage Trade Price?
A trade price of $1,595,000 (Discounted)* can be unlocked for the Barrage.
On PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, the Barrage can also be unlocked as a Career Progress Reward by completing Tier 4 in the "The Doomsday Heist" category.

The design of the HVY Barrage is based on a real life HDT Storm SRTV (Search & Rescue Tactical Vehicle), HDT Sword ITV (Internally Transportable Vehicle), V-22 Osprey.

The actual top speed of the Barrage in GTA V is 108.50 mph (174.61 km/h) when it's fully upgraded, as it's been accurately tested in-game by Broughy1322.
The Barrage is an armored vehicle, and with full Armor it requires 14 Homing Missiles to be destroyed.
Can you sell the Barrage in GTA Online?
Yes, you can sell the Barrage at Los Santos Customs, however, if you obtained it as a free reward, the resale price will only be the 50% of the value of the upgrades you applied to the vehicle, without any value for the vehicle itself.
