The Vice Assassination

The Vice Assassination is an optional story mission in Grand Theft Auto V given by Lester Crest , involving protagonist Franklin Clinton .

This is one of Lester's Assassinations missions, which is optional for story progression, but still required for 100% completion. It's strongly advised to play this mission after the main storyline is completed, in order to make the most profit.

Franklin must find and kill Jackson Skinner, the head of product development at Facade.

Gold Medal Objectives (100%)

The following are the Mission Objectives required to obtain the Gold Medal in the mission "The Vice Assassination":

Time: Time taken to complete mission
Clean Escape: Complete without alerting the cops.
Money Earned: Money earned from the hit.

Note: You can complete each Gold Medal requirement in multiple playthroughs of the mission. You don't need to obtain them all in one single playthrough.

The Vice Assassination - Mission Details:

Franklin pulls up to a ringing payphone at Legion Square. Lester has another assassination task for him. Lester wants Franklin to take out Jackson Skinner, the Head of Product Development at Facade. He made a fortune selling customer data to "the highest bidder".

Lester knows Jackson has a fondness for working girls and that he has a regular that works at a pick up in La Puerta. Lester wants Franklin to stake her out as she should lead Franklin to Jackson.

Franklin drives to Mutiny Road, where he finds the women he's after. He watches her reject a couple of men before getting into a car with Jackson. Franklin assassinates Jackson and leaves the area. He calls Lester to say the job is complete.

Important Stock Market Investments:

The Assassination Missions play a huge role in the GTA V Stock Market, with the targets' deaths affecting the stock value of specific companies. The player can make huge profits by purchasing and selling certain stocks at the right times.

Assassinations can be done after the end of the main story. So it's best to first complete the Story Missions before doing any other Assassination Mission, in order to have the most millions of dollars to invest.

Before this mission:

Invest all the money of all three protagonists in Fruit (FRT) stocks on the Bawsaq site.

After this mission:

Wait a few in-game days before selling the Fruit stocks so that they can reach their maximum value; the maximum percentage of return is ~50%.
Invest all the money of all three protagonists in Facade (FAC) stocks on the Bawsaq site.
Wait a few in-game days before selling the Facade stocks so that they can reach their maximum value; the maximum percentage of return is ~30%.

Note: To make the in-game time advance faster, you can sleep or simply enter the save menu from a character's bed without saving. Make sure to create a save slot before starting an assassination mission, so that if the peak return is missed you can reload the previous save.
