Choosing to accept the Deal with Dimitri Rascalov will have one of his thugs show up at the wedding to attempt to kill Niko. When fighting him, he will accidentally shoot Roman with his pistol before being shot himself. The final mission, "A Revenger's Tragedy" will be unlocked.
