The Open Road Business are a series of Freemode Missions in GTA Online, associated to the MC Clubhouses property.
This job has been added to the game as part of the 1.36 Bikers update on October 4, 2016, and is available on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
This is a Solo or Co-Op mode that can be played by 1 to 4 players.
Owning a business is no easy work. With the Open Road system, you can have up to 5 illicit businesses to produce various kinds of illegal product.
The Open Road is the plethora of illicit businesses the owner of a Motorcycle Club can take part in. Five different type of MC Businesses are available for purchase, and one of each at maximum can be owned by the MC president. Each business has four possible locations, two of them in rural areas, and two of them in urban areas of San Andreas.

The Open Road: Steal Supplies Missions
Every business needs supplies to function and to produce money. A maximum of 5 "supply" units can be held by a business, and they are consumed over time. The player can either source these supplies by buying them, which will lead to less profit in the end, but is simpler, or by procuring them by theft. The following missions are the possible steal missions.
Bar Fight
Ah. You ready to settle this the old fashioned way? With fists and jaws and bruised internal organs? Huh? Okay. Well, the Lost are cutting loose at some club and a few of the brothers are carrying the packages we need. Check your guns at the door, go in there and knock heads 'til you get 'em!
Location: Tequi-la-la
Target: Retrieving and delivering the supplies.
Objectives:

- Enter Tequi-la-la.
- Beat up the Lost MC.
- Steal the Supplies.
- Deliver the supplies to the Business.

Intimidate Target
Well, I'm gonna be honest, I don't know where to get those supplies. But, I do know who'll tell us where to get 'em if we push the right buttons. Find my pal's brother and sweat him. Two seconds after that, I'll have the location we need.

The Open Road: Business Raids
Just like CEO Warehouses, businesses can be targeted by enemies that want to take them down or steal from them. From time to time, the player will be announced that the business is being attacked, and failing the mission can lead to the business' stocks being removed or the setup mission having to be redone.
Cop Raid
Target: IAA; NOOSE
Objectives:
- Go to the Business.

Deal Ambush
Target: Truck / Van / Bag
Objectives:
- Go to the Location.
- Retrieve the van containing the product.

- (or) Recover the stolen type of product.
- Return the type of product to the Business.

Gang Raid
Objectives:

- Prepare for enemy backup.

The Open Road: Sell Missions
After collecting enough stock, the MC President can choose to sell the product, either close to the business for a moderate amount of money, or remotely for a 50% increase in price. Failing these missions will lead to the stock being lost.
Bikes
Location: You're, uh, bikers, right? 'Cause the buyer wants the product biked into the back of a truck. It's good to go when you are.

Location: We on? Okay, it's a boat drop, product's loaded and waiting. They'll pay more for it if you get it to 'em quick, so get on over to the dock.
