The Podium Robbery

The Podium Robbery is a Robbery Contract in GTA Online, given by Jamal Amir and associated to the Salvage Yards property.

This job has been added to the game as part of the 1.68 The Chop Shop update on December 21, 2023, and is available on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

This is a Solo or Co-Op mode that can be played by 1 to 4 players.

Steal a podium car from The Diamond Casino & Resort by infiltrating the casino's underground vehicle storage.

The robbery can be selected if it is one of the three available contracts on the Facade Planner app on the Salvage Yard computer.

The Podium Robbery, like the other Salvage Yard Robberies, consists of seven Free Mode preparation missions and one finale. The target vehicle is always different on each replay of the robbery.

Scope Out: Diamond Casino

So, we're stealing the Prize Car from the Diamond. I'm always at the Diamond, and I always check out the Prize Car, and I always want to steal it. And now I get to! Sort of. Well, you do. But I'll be there... kind of. On the phone. Anyway, let's go scope out the place.

Location: Salvage Yards; The Diamond Casino & Resort

Minimum players: 1

Maximum players: 4

Target: Points of interest

Unlocks: Planning Work and Tasks for The Podium Robbery

Unlocked by: Purchasing a Salvage Yard.

Objectives:

Go to the Diamond Casino & Resort.
Scope out the exterior of the Casino.
Enter the Casino.
Photograph the vehicle podium.
Send the photograph to Jamal.
Exit the Casino.
Return to the Salvage Yard.

Planning Work: LSDS Disguises

So, since you haven't killed me yet, I'm guessing you're fully onboard with the sanitation department disguises? It's a great idea, right? And just wait till you hear how we're gonna get our hands on a van and some uniforms.

Location: Salvage Yards; Treatment Works

Target: Boxville (LSDS)

Unlocked by: Scope Out: Diamond Casino

Objectives:

Go to location.
Destroy the sewage tankers.
Turn the release valves.
Wait for the LSDS van to arrive.
Steal the LSDS van.
Deliver the LSDS van to the Salvage Yard.

Failure:

Boxville (LSDS) is destroyed.

Planning Work: Storage Key Card

One of the valet guys at the Casino will have a keycard that has access to the podium storage area. And I already got a name... so, let's go fuck him up and find out what he knows, huh?

Location: Salvage Yards; Mirror Park

Minimum players: 1

Target: Felipe's storage key card

Unlocked by: Scope Out: Diamond Casino

Objectives:

Go to Mirror Park.
Search Mirror Park for the valet's home.
Enter the valet's home.
Locate the valet.
Intimidate the valet.
Steal the storage key card from the safe.
Exit the valet's home.
Lose the Cops.
Deliver the storage key card to the Salvage Yard.

Planning Work: Disrupt Personnel

So, the Diamond's gonna unleash their private security force all over us once everything pops off. So, let's pick off a few of them ahead of time, huh? I found out that one of them likes to hang out at this shitty motel. For sure he's up to something gross... yeesh. Take that dude down and we can get some info out of his phone.

Location: Salvage Yards

Target: Duggan lieutenants

Objectives:

Go to location.
Sneak into the motel room.
Eliminate the Duggan lieutenant.
Locate the Duggan's phone.
Steal the phone.
Exit the motel room.
Eliminate the Duggan lieutenants.

Failure:

Timer runs out.

Task: Gas Masks

Hey, so the Fire Department should have plenty of gas masks that you can throw on in the security tunnel. Let's, uh... rob some First Responders, uh?

Target: LSFD gas masks

Objectives:

Search the fire station for gas masks.
Steal the gas masks.
Lose the Cops.
Deliver the gas masks to the Salvage Yard.

Task: Rappel Equipment

Okay, if you wanna make it down that shaft with a pulse, you'll need to rappel. Head over to this hideout, these guys are very legit and will definitely have a couple of extras you can, uh... "borrow".

Target: The Professionals' rappel equipment

Objectives:

Break into the hideout.
Locate the rappel equipment.
Steal the rappel equipment.
Exit the hideout.
Deliver the rappel equipment to the Salvage Yard.

Task: Sabotage Casino

Hey, once you're in the Casino, head straight for the restrooms and plant an explosive in one of the toilets. Trust me, okay? This is gonna be our distraction...

Alright! Here we go! Time to put it all on red, boss! Only, it's not gambling if you've meticulously planned how you're going to risk getting shot in the face for a bitchin' car. Right?

Target: Target Vehicle

Unlocked by: Completing all required preparations.

Objectives:

Enter the LSDS van.
Take the LSDS van to the vantage point.
Detonate the explosive.
Take the LSDS van to the Casino.
Collect the rappel equipment.
Enter the Casino.
Follow the guard.
Clean up the mess.
Wait for the guard to leave.
Sneak to the elevator.
Call the elevator.
Locate the elevator hatch.
Open the elevator hatch.
Rappel down the elevator shaft.
Open the storage facility doors.
Take out the guards.
Disable the security measures.
Steal the target vehicle.
Escape the Casino.
Locate a security terminal.
Hack the security terminal.
Steal the target vehicle.
Escape the Casino.
Lose the Cops.
Deliver the target vehicle to the Salvage Yard.

Failure:
