Jamal is the cousin of wealthy businessman Yusuf Amir. He runs Red's Auto Parts, a salvage business in Los Santos.
He introduces the player to the business, and teaches them how they can make money by stealing luxury cars and auto parts through the "Salvage Yard Roberries" missions.
