The Gangbanger Robbery

The Gangbanger Robbery is a Robbery Contract in GTA Online, given by Jamal Amir and associated to the Salvage Yards property.

This job has been added to the game as part of the 1.68 The Chop Shop update on December 12, 2023, and is available on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

This is a Solo or Co-Op mode that can be played by 1 to 4 players.

Break a prolific gang member out of prison in exchange for the location of a high-profile gang leader's prized car.

The robbery can be selected if it is one of the three available contracts on the Facade Planner app on the Salvage Yard computer.

The Gangbanger Robbery, like the other Salvage Yard Robberies, consists of seven Free Mode preparation missions and one finale. The target vehicle is always different on each replay of the robbery.

Jamal Amir tells the player he has a close friend named King Tiny, who is locked up at Mission Row Police Station. The player must plan their infiltration at the police station to perform a prison break.

Scope Out: Mission Row Police Station

Identify and photograph points of interest that will help plan how to steal the target vehicle in The Gangbanger Robbery.

Location: Mission Row

Target: Mission Row Police Station

Objectives:

Go to the vantage point.
Scope out the police station.
Send the photograph to Jamal.
Return to the Salvage Yard.

Planning Work: Disrupt Equipment (Optional)

Raid a police supply warehouse and destroy any equipment in transit to reduce the number of Cops that will be equipped with gas masks inside the Mission Row Police Station.

Location: LSPD Lockup in Downtown Vinewood

Target: Safety Equipment

Objectives:

Go to Downtown Vinewood.
Break into the LSPD lockup.
Destroy the LSPD equipment.
Locate the shipment schedule.
Exit the LSPD lockup.
Destroy the LSPD equipment.

Task: Stun Guns

Steal stun guns that can be used to incapacitate Cops.

Location: Parking lot of the Diamond Casino & Resort

Target: Dilettante containing Stun Guns

Objectives:

Search the parking lot for the security vehicle.
Open the trunk of the security vehicle.
Steal the stun guns.
Deliver the stun guns to the salvage yard.

Task: Weapon Stash

Collect a duffel bag of weapons from Ammu-Nation and stash them near Mission Row Police Station so they can be used during the escape.

Location: Ammu-Nation in Los Santos

Target: Unmarked Weapons

Objectives:

Enter the Ammu-Nation
Locate the unmarked weapons.
Stash the weapons at the police station.
Leave the area.

Task: Getaway Vehicle

Steal a getaway vehicle that can be used to help lose the Cops when escaping from the Mission Row Police Station. They have several options, such as a Baller LE, a Buffalo STX, a Comet SR and others.

Location: Los Santos Customs

Target: Getaway vehicle

Objectives:

Break into the garage.
Steal a getaway vehicle.
Exit the garage.
Stash the vehicle at a marked location.
Leave the area.

Task: Masks (Optional)

Collect a set of masks that can reduce the police response during the escape.

Objectives:

Buy a mask.

Planning Work: Tactical Gear

Steal police tactical gear containing body armor, gas masks and tear gas to incapacitate the Cops inside the Mission Row Police Station.

Location: Rockford Hills

Target: Tactical Gear

Objectives:

Go to Rockford Hills.
Break into the lockup.
Enter the lockup.
Locate the tactical gear.
Steal the tactical gear.
Deliver the tactical gear to the Salvage Yard.

Planning Work: Police Maverick

Steal a Police Maverick to gain access to the Mission Row Police Station roof without alerting the Cops.

Location: Weazel News Building.; Central Los Santos Medical Center

Target: Police Maverick

Objectives:

Go to the Weazel News Building.
Hack the Weazel News signal box.
Go to the Central Los Santos Medical Center.
Access the roof.
Steal the Police Maverick
Deliver the Police Maverick to the marked location.
Lose the cops.
Leave the area.

Location: Misson Row Police Station; Vagos Hideout

Target: The target car

Objectives:

Go to the Police Maverick's location.
Enter a Police Maverick
Fly to the Mission Row Police Station.
Land on the roof.
Throw the BZ gas into the ventilation units.
Enter Mission Row Police Station.
Get to the first floor.
Locate the cell keys.
Get to the basement.
Access the computer.
Use the keys to open King Tiny's cell.
Collect the stashed weapons.
Lose the Cops.
Take King Tiny to LSIA.
Infiltrate the Vagos hideout.
Steal the car.
Deliver the Turismo Omaggio to the Salvage Yard.
