Exercising Demons - Franklin is a Strangers & Freaks side mission in Grand Theft Auto V given by Mary-Ann Quinn, involving protagonist Franklin Clinton.

The mission becomes available after completing the Predator story mission.

It's the 2° mission for Mary-Ann Quinn, after the Exercising Demons - Michael mission.

Being a Franklin mission, this Strangers & Freaks mission is required for 100% completion of the game.

Exercising Demons - Franklin - Mission Details:

Franklin challenges Mary-Ann to a triathlon race after getting insulted by her.

Franklin approaches Mary-Ann while she's doing her pre-workout stretches in Paleto Bay. She tells Franklin to stop looking at her ass but he states she is not his type. She explains she's training for a triathlon with Franklin quipping she has too much time on her hands.

She again berates Franklin who decides to challenge her to a small triathlon race. First, the pair swim across Paleto Bay. Once on the shore, they each get on a bike and race along the boardwalk near the beach. Finally, the pair abandon their bikes and run around a route in Paleto Forest.

When Franklin wins, Mary-Ann asks if he's going to gloat. Franklin states it's about the taking part but Mary-Ann retaliates saying it's always about winning. She runs off calling herself a 'fat, unmarried, career-driven loser'.
