The GTA Online Summer 2025 DLC, called the "Money Fronts" Update, has been released on June 17, 2025, adding a network of new money laundering businesses, Freemode content, vehicles, and a range of experience improvements.

GTA Online Money Fronts Update: New Businesses
At the heart of the GTA Online Money Fronts Update is the ability to acquire and run iconic local businesses that serve as Money Fronts for laundering criminal profits.
The head of San Andreas’ biggest money laundering network of shadowy financiers - the elusive Mr. Faber - has heard about you. And with the help of Martin Madrazo and Faber's fashionable fixer, Raf De Angelis, it's time for you two to form a mutually beneficial connection.
Players can start with ownership of the Hands On Car Wash in Strawberry - a seemingly innocuous business that becomes the central hub for funneling illicit income.
Additional properties like Smoke on the Water (a cannabis dispensary) and Higgins Helitours can be purchased, each offering unique perks and passive income opportunities. These properties also boost earnings on your Weed Farm and Air Freight Cargo, respectively.

Calling up Raf or using the laptop inside your fronts can launch "Mr. Faber Work" and Money Laundering missions, which include recovering stolen assets, escorting valuable cargo, and dealing with rival outfits.
Laundering activities will generate "Heat" - a new system that measures the level of law enforcement attention your empire attracts. Players have to actively manage the legitimate sides of their businesses to keep a low profile and continue earning money without interference.
GTA Summer Update 2025 DLC: New Vehicles
As we have come to expect with all GTA Online Updates, several new cars and vehicles have been added with the Summer 2025 DLC, with some introduced at launch on June 17, and more to be released in the subsequent months.

- The existing Western Police Bike is now available for purchase, which ties into new Dispatch Work missions and includes a matching Summer Highway Patrol Outfit.
- On PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, the Brute Pony can now be unlocked (with the "Smoke on the Water" Livery) as a Career Progress Reward by completing Tier 4 in the "Money Fronts" category.
- GTA+ Members receive exclusive free access to the Överflöd Suzume supercar, and early access to two new additional vehicles: the Annis Minimus and the Declasse Tampa GT.
- A mission-only version of the Flatbed with a Wastelander-style bed, called "Custom Flatbed" appears exclusively in Mr. Faber Work – Mutual Funds.
- Missile Lock-On Jammer compatibility has been added to 50 popular vehicles, and can be applied inside an owned Agency Workshop
- Several vehicles previously delisted from vehicle websites with the San Andreas Mercenaries update were relisted. The following vehicles are returning for general sale and are among those that can be upgraded with Missile Lock-On Jammer:

GTA Online Money Fronts Update: New Jobs / Missions
More content was added to GTA Online in the subsequent weeks and months as part of this new update, including:
- QuickiePharm Medical Courier: Players can launch a new repeatable job delivering medical supplies to earn cash and RP.
- [June 26] Safeguard Deliveries: Players can launch a new delivery job using the Bobcat Security Stockade.

GTA Summer Update 2025: Experience Improvements
Building off the adjustments made with the previous updates, based on player feedback, this Summer’s GTA Online update will also add a range of experience improvements:
- Base AP reward rates for all Arena Wars content have been increased 2X.
- Players can now choose to skip many cutscenes that take place during missions, provided they have been viewed once before
- The countdown before global signals highlight players on Sell missions has been increased to 60 seconds for all affected businesses
- The Boxville Van Delivery Vehicle Biker Sell Mission has been removed
- Players can now choose to cancel many ongoing Boss works via the phone Job List
- Ammunition used during Survivals will now be restocked when players return to Freemode
- The RC Bandito and Invade and Persuade Tank vehicles can now be disrupted via EMP blasts
- The cooldowns for requesting the RC Bandito and Invade and Persuade Tank have been increased to 5 minutes, in line with Nano Drones
- Players can now launch Taxi Work while driving a Drift-Tuned Übermacht Cypher with the ‘Drift Taxi’ livery equipped
- Players can now choose from the following options when hosting a Rockstar Created race:
- Ghost Until First Checkpoint
- Ghost Going the Wrong Way
- The rank requirement for unlocking access to Survivals has been removed
- Player and Job reporting header style has been updated
- Welcome screen has been adjusted to include a disclosure about social features
- Player and Job reporting flow confirmation screens have been adjusted to reference the updated Additional Resources page
- Suspension and Ban alert screens have been adjusted to reference the updated Community Resources page
- Messages in the Safety and Alerts space now include timestamps
GTA+ Updates
- GTA+ Members can now get a second daily spin of the Diamond Casino Lucky Wheel
Creator Updates
Updates have been added to the Creator:
- Players now have the option to force a specific aim mode when playing a job in all Creators
- Track pieces that were previously exclusive to Lunar New Year Stunt Races are now available in the Stunt Race Creator
- Players can now alter the wave preparation time in the Survival Creator
GTA V Enhanced Lighting Enhancements
- An option to enable high-resolution ray-traced reflections has been added to GTAV Enhanced
- An option to have a second ray bounce for RTGI has been added to GTAV Enhanced
