Money Laundering

Raf sends the location of a Gruppe Sechs Stockade at one of the security company's depots. The player must steal a disguise from the depot and then the Stockade in order to collect money from three banks in Southern San Andreas without causing suspicion.

On the way to each bank, enemies will attack the Stockade, and the player is forced to lose them before advancing to the next bank. The player must finally deliver the Stockade to the car wash to end the mission

There are three possible spawn locations for the Stockade, which lead to three different banks.

Raf sends the location of an Alpha Mail container full of dirty cash, stashed inside of a vehicle in Terminal or Elysian Island. The player must search the area and find the container that contains the vehicle.

The player collects the cash, and can then deliver the car either to Hao or to Jamal Amir (if the player owns a Salvage Yard) to be stripped for parts. Lastly, the player delivers the cash to the car wash to complete the mission. The vehicle is either an Everon RS, a Rapid GT X, or a Tampa GT.

There are three possible spawn locations for the mission:

• Los Santos Naval Port, Elysian Island
• Chupacabra Street, Elysian Island
• Jetsam, Terminal

Raf informs the player about a rival money laundering operation run by The Professionals. He sends the player the location of an Emperor containing explosives, and then sends them to the operation's location.

The player must steal the laundered money and then place explosives on the printing machine before leaving the building. Once the business is blown up, the player must lose the wanted level and deliver the money to the car wash to complete the mission.

There are three possible spawn locations for the mission, each with different rival locations:

• Emperor: Behind Maze Bank West; Rivals: Gusset, Rockford Hills
• Emperor: Little Bighorn Avenue, Textile City; Rivals: Mirror Park Railyard, East Vinewood
• Emperor: Dutch London Street, Rancho; Rivals: Vitreous, Cypress Flats

Raf informs the player about a rival money laundering operation run by The Professionals. He sends the player the location containing Molotov Cocktails to be used to wipe it out.

The player must burn piles of fake cash inside and outside the rival business, and must then leave the building as quickly as possible. Afterwards, they must destroy one last truck containing counterfeit cash, completely ending the rival gang's operation.

There are three possible spawn locations for the mission, each with different rival locations:

• Molotovs: Discount Beauty Store, Downtown Vinewood; Rivals: Cine Areola, Downtown Vinewood
• Molotovs: Taco Libre, Vespucci Canals; Rivals: Shatner Shoes, Vespucci Canals
• Molotovs: AGL Refrigerated Storage Inc., Strawberry; Rivals: Davis Plaza, Davis

Money Laundering: Higgins Helitours Missions

After purchasing Hands On Car Wash, the player can expand their Money Laundering business by purchasing the Higgins Helitours in La Puerta for $900,000 from Maze Bank Foreclosures.

Owning the business allows the player to perform legitimate business (Helicopter Tour) to reduce heat, perform money laundering missions and generates passive income. Additionally, owning Higgins Helitours increases the Air Freight Cargo product value by 10% (if the player owns a Hangar). 

Raf informs the player about a cargo shipment that he cannot locate, and tasks the player to use a Havok helicopter to find it.

After picking up the cargo, the player must deliver it to three drop-off points while being pursued by enemies, which they can take out using the helicopter's Minigun.

There are three possible spawn locations for the mission, each with different drop-off locations.

Raf informs the player that a helicopter they own has been seized by the LSPD, and it contains information that can expose Higgins Helitours.

The player must use a truck capable of towing trailers to recover the helicopter, after which they must lose the wanted level and return the helicopter to Higgins Helitours to complete the mission.

There are three possible spawn locations for the mission:

• Los Santos International Airport
• Sandy Shores Airfield
• El Burro Heights

Raf informs the player about a shipment they have to perform using a Sea Sparrow. The player must fly to the client's Galaxy Super Yacht and confirm the deal.

The deal is ambushed by the LSPD and the FIB, who arrive with FIB Froggers, Police Mavericks, and Police Predators. The player must defend the client and then escort him off the yacht to complete the deal.

There are three possible spawn locations for the mission, with three possible drop-off locations:

• Yacht: Paleto Cove; Safehouse: Banham Canyon
• Yacht: Pacific Ocean, near Chumash; Safehouse: Lake Vinewood Estates
• Yacht: Elysian Island; Safehouse: Mirror Park

Raf sends the player a location of a cash case for them to collect. The player can use a Maverick to reach the drop site out at sea.

At the location, the player finds a group of smugglers leaving the area with the money and is instructed to follow the smugglers back to their hideout. The player must eliminate the smugglers and retrieve the cash case.

There are three possible spawn locations, all in the Pacific Ocean, for the mission, with three possible hideout locations:

• Drop site: near Palomino Highlands; Hideout: Near Palmer-Taylor Power Station
• Drop site: near Chumash; Hideout: Lago Zancudo
• Drop site: near Terminal; Hideout: La Mesa

Raf sends the player a location of a rival money laundering operation run by Rednecks. Three weed farms will be highlighted on the radar, and the player must burn down all marijuana plants from every farm to complete the mission.

Raf will provide the player with Molotov Cocktails to ignite the plants, and there are three possible spawn locations, each with three different weed farm locations.

Raf sends the player the location of a stash of money stored inside fertilizer canisters. On the way to the drop, the player is informed that the Armenians know about the shipment and are planning on stealing it.

Arriving at the location, the player must take out the mobsters attempting to steal the money. Then, the player takes the Bobcat XL holding the canisters and returns the vehicle to Smoke on the Water to complete the mission.

There are three possible spawn locations for this mission:

• Near the Farmhouse Bunker in the Grand Senora Desert
• Xero filling station, Paleto Bay
• Grapeseed

Raf informs the player that one of their suppliers has been raided by NOOSE, and their weed supply, containing laundered money, is stashed in the weed packages. The player must recover the money and return it to Raf.

Arriving at the location, the player finds the product being burned down, so the player uses an RCV and extinguishes the fires in order to collect the stashed money.

There are three possible spawn locations for this mission:

• Grand Banks Steel Foundry, Murrieta Heights
• Downtown Vinewood
• Rogers Salvage & Scrap, La Puerta

Raf wants to keep heat off Smoke on the Water, so he proposes starting a turf war between the Vagos, the Ballas, and the Families, by performing a drive-by shooting on the gang's rival weed dealers.

The player is tasked with stealing either a Glendale Custom or a Primo Custom for the mission. After all three rival dealers are eliminated, the player must destroy the vehicle to complete the mission.
