New Listings are a series of Contact Missions in GTA Online, given by Raf De Angelis and associated to the Mansions property.
This job has been added to the game as part of the 1.71 Money Fronts update on November 13, 2025, and is available on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
This is a Solo or Co-Op mode that can be played by 1 to 4 players.
There's a new entrant in the Los Santos high-end real estate scene, and they're making moves into some of the most exclusive neighborhoods. Prix Luxury Real Estate has ambitious plans, bringing new unrivaled mansion properties to this lucrative market in December.
As part of the consortium overseeing these new developments, Mr. Faber sees the opportunity to strengthen his own bottom line, and he knows just the right person to advance his plans. Clear out squatters, procure construction materials, and motivate contractors in New Listings.
Unlocked through a phone call from Raf de Angelis, the player is invited to perform three missions for the Prix Luxury real estate company.
Note: The New Listings missions were removed on December 8, 2026, as they served as a prequel for the "A Safehouse in the Hills" update.

New Listings - Due Diligence
Rule One of property development: You can't sell a mansion that's full of junkie bikers. Time to clear out the current residents...
Raf asks the player to go to the Buen Vino Road Mansion to take out the members of the Lost MC that have taken over it. While driving to the mansion, the player may stop at a nearby mansion where a Bugstars crew is working, and steal a gas canister to incapacitate the gangsters.
If the player takes out a weapon, the gang members will fight back with guns, while using only melee weapons leads them to fight back the same way. To complete the no casualties bonus reward and gain an extra $10,000, the player must not provoke the Lost MC to a gunfight and instead either place the gas canisters on the air conditioning or find and activate the mansion alarm to scare the Lost MC away without producing any casualties.
New Listings - Fixes & Fittings
Rule Two of property development: No unnecessary costs. We need building supplies and I know a construction site that's full of them. Let's go borrow some, huh?
The player heads to the Mile High Club construction site, where they have to sneak in and look for tools and materials without being spotted. Afterwards, the player escapes using a Phantom truck and delivers the stolen goods to the Ace Jones Drive Overlook construction site in Vinewood Hills while defending the truck from the Armenian Mob.
Keeping the truck's health above 75% awards a bonus of $10,000.
New Listings - Hard Deadlines
Rule Three of property development: A happy workforce is a lazy workforce. The construction guys aren't pulling their weight. Why don't you pay them a visit and give them some motivation?
The player must go to Elysian Island and destroy construction equipment without using firearms or explosives. They should use one of the Dozers parked in the area to push the equipment into the ocean. Once the target foremen show themselves, the player must intimidate them or incapacitate them, but not kill them.
Avoiding the use of explosives and weapons will reward the player with an extra $10,000.

Completing all three missions by the 7th of December 2025 unlocked several rewards for the player:
