The Last Dose

The Last Dose is a series of Contact Missions in GTA Online, given by Dax.

This job has been added to the game as part of the 1.64 LS Drug Wars update on March 16, 2023, and is available on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

This is a Solo or Co-Op mode that can be played by 1 to 4 players.

Reach the bottom of the rabbit hole in five story missions that reveal the mysterious connection between Los Santos’ illicit drug trade and the pharmaceutical industry, as Dr. Isiah Friedlander returns to the fray to wreak havoc in this mind-bending and twisted finale.

Last Dose: List of Missions

Last Dose 1 - This is an Intervention

Hey Freshmeat! Been a while! Head down to the Freakshop for the AGM, we got shit to discuss.

Location: The Freakshop

Unlocked After: First Dose 6 - Off the Rails

N. of Players: 1-4 players

Mission Objectives:

Take out the kidnappers.
Take out the remaining kidnappers.
Go to Dax.

Last Dose 2 - Unusual Suspects

Fuck. I'm pissed. Mad Pissed. We gotta find the assholes responsible for shitting all over us. And we gotta get Labrat back. Never leave a freak behind, freshmeat. First article of the Fooligan code.

Unlocked After: Last Dose 1 - This is an Intervention

N. of Players: 1-4 players

Mission Objectives:

Go to a hideout to find a suspect. (x2-4)
Take out the hippies/Lost. (x2-4)
Go to the [hippy/Lost] leader. (x2-4)
Go to the hippy boss.
Take out the hippies.
Go to the hippy boss.
Go to Elysian Island.
Search Elysian Island for the warehouse.
Hack a keypad to open the warehouse doors.
Enter the warehouse.
Search for clues about Labrat's kidnappers.
Take a photo of the clue. (x5)
Send photo to Dax. (x5)
Collect the keycard.
Leave Elysian Island.

Last Dose 3 - Friedmind

OK. Thanks to you we've got a possible lead on Labrat's whereabouts. You ready to slam the buttholes who took him? Cos we're gonna fuck this company hard.

Location: Eclipse Medical Tower

Unlocked After: Last Dose 2 - Unusual Suspects

N. of Players: 1-4 players

Mission Objectives:

Go to FriedMind HQ.
Use the keycard to enter FriedMind HQ.
Go to the top floor
Search for a clue to locate Labrat.
Search for the keys to access the basement.
Go to the basement.
Use the keys to unlock the basement door.
Take out the enemies to rescue Labrat.
Rescue Labrat.
Take Luchadora and Labrat to The Freakshop.

Last Dose 4 - Checking In

Alright, now we have Labrat back, it's time to go on the offensive!!! We heard that Friedlander is holed up in a Rehab Center in Richman. That's where he's running trials on his mind-humping party drops based on our recipe. No way are we ever letting that slide. It's fucked. It's perverted. And not in a spicy way. We gotta get up there and put a stop to this.

Location: Parsons Rehabilitation Center

Follow Dax to the rehab clinic.
Break into the rehab clinic main entrance.Wait for your team to reach the main entrance.
