The First Dose

The First Dose is a series of Contact Missions in GTA Online, given by Dax .

This job has been added to the game as part of the 1.64 LS Drug Wars update on December 13, 2022, and is available on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

This is a Solo or Co-Op mode that can be played by 1 to 4 Players.

Help an outlandish group of new arrivals to Southern San Andreas establish a fledgling business venture running high-grade hallucinogenics out of a new mobile headquarters in the opening chapter of the mind-expanding GTA Online story update, Los Santos Drug Wars. Get started by answering a call from Ron Jakowski and meeting up with the Fooliganz above Liquor Ace in Sandy Shores.

First Dose: List of Missions

First Dose 1 - Welcome to the Troupe

Hey, Ron here. I'm heading up to Liquor Ace. There's some kinda new crew in town. Could be trouble. I'm not saying I need your back up or anything, but... I kinda need your backup. See you up there?

Location: Ace Liquor (Start); Millar's Fishery; The Freakshop (End)

N. of Players: 1-4 players

Mission Objectives:

Take out the Lost MC.
Go to Dax.
Recover Dax's stolen Journey.
Pick up Dax from Liquor Ace.
Wait for Dax to enter the Journey.
Take Dax to the abandoned warehouse.

First Dose 2 - Designated Driver

OK, I got a small job for a big brain. Need someone to pick up some party supplies. Think you can handle it? Heard there's a bunch of tricycle pushers on our new turf so let's cut the love thy neighbor crap. Don't take any shit if they get up in your face.

Location: The Freakshop (Start/End); Jetsam Terminal; The Lost MC Clubhouse

Unlocked After: First Dose 1 - Welcome to the Troupe

N. of Players: 1-4 players

Mission Objectives:

Go to Jetsam Terminal.
Find and steal a truck cab at Jetsam Terminal.
Collect the party supplies.
Deliver the party supplies to The Freakshop.
Go to the Lost MC Clubhouse.
Enter the Lost MC Clubhouse.
Search the Lost MC Clubhouse for their plans.
Take a photo of the plans.
Find a bag.
Steal the Lost MC's weed.
Deliver the loot to The Freakshop.

First Dose 3 - Fatal Incursion

So, those plans you sent left me with some deep inspiration. I mean, I'm talking a serious strategy hard-on. We're gonna hit those peddlers where it hurts. Smack em right in the distribution. BUDONKADONK!!

Location: The Freakshop (Start); Stab City; Millar's Fishery; Los Santos Storm Drain (End)

Unlocked After: First Dose 2 - Designated Driver

N. of Players: 1-4 players

Mission Objectives:

Go to Stab City.
Destroy the Lost's property.
Go to Millar's Fishery.
Search Millar's Fishery for Lost's meth.
Steal the Dodo.
Deliver the Dodo to The Freakshop.

First Dose 4 - Uncontrolled Substance

Newsflash, FM! You're one of us now. It's time you became a certified, bona fide Fooligan. Get down here for your initiation.

Location: The Freakshop (Start); Up-n-Atom Burger, Downtown Vinewood (End)

Unlocked After: First Dose 3 - Fatal Incursion

N. of Players: 1-4 players

Mission Objectives:

Follow Dax?
Go through the gateway.
Go to Kifflom!
Go down the rabbit hole.

Chase the rabbit. (hunter)
Come Down.
Wait for your team to come down.

First Dose 5 - Make War not Love

So, now you've sampled the product, it's time to kick production up a gear. And that means flushing the market of any and all inferior products. From now on, our acid is going to be the only trip in town. Head over here when you're ready to get your hands dirty dealing with the competition.

Location: The Freakshop (Start); Hippy Camp, RON Alternates Wind Farm; Grand Senora Desert; Altruist Camp (End)

Unlocked After: First Dose 4 - Uncontrolled Substance

N. of Players: 1-4 players

Mission Objectives:

Go to the hippy camp.
Destroy the lab equipment.
Destroy the delivery vans.
Go to the Altruist Camp.
Destroy the delivery vans.
Destroy the Altruist's Valkyrie.
Leave the Altruist Camp.

First Dose 6 - Off the Rails

Hey, Freshmeatloaf. You know much about Humane Labs? I heard they got some uncut science in there. You know, the could-be-cure, could-be-super-virus kinda science.
