Preparation: Private Military Armor
So, the rumor that Fort Z has a shoot-on-sight policy is not technically true, but there is no disciplinary for shooting unarmed trespassers.
The player must go to a Merryweather lockup, and take out several agents. Afterwards, they must steal the military-grade armor and return to the Garment Factory.
Preparation: Infiltration Equipment
You'll need an elevator passkey. You seeing the location I sent? Military lockup. Should have both.
The player must go to the Port of Los Santos and find the NCO, who holds a passkey needed for the operation. After stealing the passkey, the player must obtain a military vehicle and stash it in a safe spot.
Preparation: Override Key
Visit Jodi's contact inside The Music Locker at The Diamond Casino & Resort to acquire the override key.
The player must go to the Diamond Casino and obtain an override key from Jodi’s contact.

Okay, vehicle's in position, the pass and key are packed, and you got a full set of armor with your name on it. Eyes on Zancudo. This is it.
The Armored Merryweather Outfit
After arriving to Fort Zancudo with the previously stolen military vehicle, the player must sneak through the hangar, avoiding agents, in order to locate the loading bay. There, they hack the alarm and steal the Scarab tank, escaping through a tunnel, after which they deliver the Scarab to the buyer.
