All Hands On Deck! is an optional story mission in GTA Vice City, given by Juan Cortez .

It's the 18° GTA Vice City mission in chronological order, and it becomes available after completing Death Row .

This is an optional mission, but it is required for 100% completion of the game.

Tommy helps Juan Cortez escape French military intelligence on his yacht.

• Defend the Colonel and his yacht at all costs.
• Get up front and clear the route for the Colonel's yacht.
• Shoot down the helicopters, do not endanger the yacht.
• Shoot the attacking helicopter out of the sky.
