It's the 10° GTA Vice City mission in chronological order, and it becomes available after completing Four Iron.

GTA Vice City Demolition Man Walkthrough: Tips & Tricks

Demolition Man is the second mission given by Avery Carrington, a wealthy businessman and real estate mogul. The player must use an RC helicopter to demolish a multistory building.

Controlling the Goblin

Upon reaching the yellow marker on your map, you’ll see a van with the TopFun logo plastered on the side and a large pink arrow hovering over it. Upon entering it, you automatically take control of an RC helicopter.

Familiarize Yourself with the Controls

Some on-screen instructions will give you a crash course on how to pilot the Goblin. You have seven minutes to plant bombs at various locations, with each target being on a different floor.

Since the seven-minute timer doesn't start until you pick up the first bomb, it is strongly advised that you first fly around the building a few times to get acclimated with the controls.

Keep Your Altitude in Check

Flying too high will increase the chances of losing control of the Goblin, causing you to inadvertently bump into nearby objects and walls as you fight to regain composure. Striking one too many objects will cause the helicopter to be engulfed in flames, instantly failing the mission.

Keep the Goblin under control by flying at a low altitude while keeping the nose of the helicopter pointed towards the dirt.

Pest Control

Construction workers and security guards are peppered throughout each floor of the building. The former only brandishes hammers, while the latter brandishes pistols. Upon seeing what you're up to, they will give chase, attacking your helicopter in an attempt to bring it down.

To deal with them quickly, tilt the Goblin forward and inch closer to them, and let the propellers do the work.

Successfully Placing the Bombs

Placing all the bombs within the time limit is the hardest part of this mission. Missing the mark when dropping a bomb, even by an inch or two, will require you to pick it back up and put it in the proper place.

A single slip of the controller or one mishap will result in a mission failure almost every time. Following a certain trajectory, however, will help you succeed.  Placing the first bomb on the top tier and working your way down is proven to save time, as you don’t have to fly so far when going back for another bomb.

It’s also important to take note of the shortcuts to higher floors. You can easily reach the third and fourth floor landings by flying a bit higher, saving you from having to fiddle with the camera to fly up each set of stairs.

After successfully planting each of the bombs at their respective destinations, a satisfying cutscene will play out, showcasing the carnage you’ve caused. This brings an end to one of the most difficult missions in the game, rewarding you with a cool $1000 as a consolation to all the unnecessary stress endured.

Upon completing the mission, a fire truck will arrive on the scene. Depending on one’s progress in the story, it may prove difficult to access this particular emergency vehicle without using exploits to your advantage. If you want to complete the fire truck pastime early on in the game, now is the time to snag it!
