Victor meets Phil Cassidy, who asks him to take out some Cholo gang members.

- Take Phil to check for Cholos at the hospital.
- Drive close to that Cholo so Phil can perform a drive-by.
- Take Phil's truck to a Pay 'n' Spray to get it fixed.
- Take Phil back to his place.
