The Issi Rally is a variant of the standard Issi Sport base model.
How to get the Issi Rally in GTA Online:
The Issi Rally can be purchased in GTA Online from Southern S.A. Super Autos for a price of $1,835,000.
The Issi Rally can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Los Santos Customs and Hao's Special Works. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties.
Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Issi Rally from the Mechanic.
Important: Rockstar has announced that the Issi Rally is available for purchase only for a limited time, between January 26 to February 1, 2023. It is unclear whether it will become available again in the future.

The design of the Weeny Issi Rally is based on a real life Mini John Cooper Works WRC.
Weeny Issi Rally Top Speed:
The actual top speed of the Issi Rally in GTA V is 116.75 mph (187.89 km/h) when it's fully upgraded, as it's been accurately tested in-game by Broughy1322.
However, when upgraded with the PS5/XSX exclusive HSW improvements, the Issi Rally can reach the crazy top speed of 138.25 mph (222.49 km/h). Keep in mind that the HSW mods can be disabled in races.
Can you sell the Issi Rally in GTA Online?
Yes, you can sell the Issi Rally at Los Santos Customs for a resale price of $1,101,000 (60% of the original purchase), plus 50% of the value of your upgrades.
