He is an unnamed hunter who can be met by Franklin after reaching 100% Game Completion. The sasquatch hunter is encountered in Raton Canyon, in the Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness, trying to hunt a Sasquatch.

He asks Franklin to help him hunt down the last Bigfoot. He claims to have been on the Sasquatch's tail for eight years.
