Drug Delivery is a Side Mission in Grand Theft Auto IV, given by Little Jacob . It becomes available after completing Shadow .

Deliver drug packages for Little Jacob's business

This is an optional endeavor, but it is required for 100% completion of the game. It's not time-sensitive, meaning it can be played at any point, even after the main storyline is completed.

Drug Delivery - Mission Details:

Little Jacob's Drug Deliveries is a side mission that involves working as a drug courier, unlocked after completing Shadow.

There are 10 missions to complete, available by calling Little Jacob and choosing the "Job" option. The drugs are always located in a car parked next to the Homebrew Cafe on the Broker-Dukes Expressway.

The missions to complete fall into 3 different categories, namely:

Stash: Players put the product in a secure location for the buyer. Typically, the rival gang knows about the location and ambushes the player when they make the drop. The player must take out all the rival gang members to complete the mission.
Timed: The buyer is waiting for the deal and is getting nervous, so the player must arrive at the location within a short time limit.
Deal: The player must meet up with the buyers to make the deal. When they arrive, the police show up, prompting a shootout and a two-star wanted level that the player must escape.

Drug Delivery: Rewards

Every completed delivery pays out $250 and raises Jacob's friendship level by 1% and his respect by 3%.

Additionally, completing all 10 missions is required for 100% and will also award the player the Courier Service achievement. Niko will also receive a unique Jamaican Huntley Sport with a custom grille and exhausts.

It is important to note that the missions do not necessarily take place in this order.

Beechwood City mission

Type: Timed
The customer is waiting in an auto repair garage in Beechwood City, at the intersection between Carson Street and the Broker - Dukes Expressway. To pass this mission get to the buyer before he ends the deal.

Cerveza Heights mission

Type: Stash
Niko has to place the package under a dumpster at Cerveza Heights Apartment. After the package is stashed, a rival gang will block him in with a car, and two additional gangsters will appear on the roof above Niko. Kill them all to complete this mission.

East Island City mission

Type: Timed
Meet the dealer in the tunnel in East Island City, under the East Borough Bridge. You must get to the buyer's location before he ends the deal.

Festival Towers mission

Type: Deal
Three customers are waiting under the Liberty State Pavillion Towers. After the deal, the LCPD ambush the pack - lose the cops to complete the mission.

Meadow Hills mission

Type: Stash
The drugs must be stashed in an alley in Meadow Hills. Afterward, a rival gang of five will need to be eliminated to complete the mission.

Meadows Park mission

Type: Stash
For this delivery, Niko must stash the drugs under a dumpster across the road from Meadows Park, nearby to the McReary Residence. Four enemy dealers will discover the stash point, so Niko has to wipe them all out.

Outlook Park mission

Type: Stash
The drugs must be stashed under a bridge in Outlook Park. Four rival gangsters, which then have to be killed, will surround Niko.

Schottler mission

Type: Timed
The customer is found in a tunnel under the Algonquin - Dukes Expressway, in Schottler. Get to the buyer's location before he ends the deal.

Steinway mission

Type: Timed
This mission is a timed delivery, with the customer waiting at the end of the road directly east of the Steinway Beer Garden, behind the east building block, near the curve of the street below.
