The Bum Deal is a main story mission in GTA Vice City Stories, given by Bryan Forbes.
It's the 28° VCS mission in chronological order, and it becomes available after completing Leap and Bound.
Bryan gives Lance and Victor fake information about a drug deal once again. After returning to his location, thw two find Brian attempting to escape and kill him.

- Go to the White Stallionz Bar.
- Enter the bar.
- Take out the Stallionz!
- Go back to the derelict building.
- Take out Forbes!
- Take Lance back to his hotel.
