Big Smoke is a main story mission in GTA San Andreas, performed by protagonist Carl Johnson.
It's the 1° GTA San Andreas mission in chronological order, and it takes place in Los Santos.
Carl reunites with Big Smoke
While there is no gameplay in this mission, it does see the reunion of CJ and Big Smoke. CJ arrives back at Grove Street and heads into the Johnson Family home. CJ's mind is flooded with memories of his past life, leading to him picking up a picture of his recently deceased mother and sitting down with his hands in his head.
Big Smoke, without realising that CJ has returned, threatens him with a baseball bat before recognising his old friend. Big Smoke apologises to CJ for what happened to his mother, with Big Smoke saying they'll find out who killed her. The pair leave the house to go off and meet Sweet at a cemetery, ending the cutscene.
