Special Cargo

Special Cargo is a series of Freemode Missions in GTA Online, associated to the Executive Offices and Special Cargo Warehouses property.

This job has been added to the game as part of the 1.34 Further Adventures in Finance and Felony update on June 7, 2016, and is available on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

This is a Solo or Co-Op mode that can be played by 1 to 4 players.

Procure special valuable cargo from the black market and resell it for big money. Highly illegal work, but highly productive.

Special Cargo Buy missions are dangerous, multi-part missions that call for a coordinated team of Associates to complete successfully. Buy missions range in scope and size, from police stings to high-speed pursuits, helicopter ambushes and more.

Special Cargo missions involve the CEO of an Organization procuring illicit goods, storing them at their warehouse, and then re-selling them for profit. Both components of the mission are completed in free-mode, with rival organizations and players being able to destroy the goods for RP and cash rewards.

Special Cargo: Products

At the player's office, by accessing the SecuroServ terminal, the player may choose to buy one, two, or three crates of goods, for the following prices. One player can only carry one crate of goods by hand, but sometimes the goods will be procured from vehicles, which can carry more than one crate.

1 crate -> $2,000
2 crates -> $8,000 ($4,000 per crate)
3 crates -> $18,000 ($6,000 per crate)

The most cost-efficient method may seem to be buying one crate at a time, but as the missions have a cooldown, completely filling up the player's warehouse will take a long time and therefore produce less money in the long run.

The category of goods that the player may steal are as follows, and they are chosen randomly when starting the mission. All of these goods have the same price when sold and procured.

Special Goods

Occasionally, the SecuroServ assistant will call and tell the player about the presence of Special Goods on the market. These goods are more expensive to buy, but sell for 5 times their buying price.

Spooked

Deal Gone Wrong

I got nothing for you this time. Whatever the hell happened, the goods are still nearby - must be some clues in the area.

Crash Site

Objectives:

Go to the crash site.
Collect the Cargo.

Air Drop - Standard

Objectives:

Go to the drop zone.
Throw a flare inside the drop zone.
Wait for the crate(s) to land.
Collect the Cargo.
Take the Cargo to the Warehouse.

Air Drop - The Valkyrie Issue

Objectives:

Go to the drop zone.
Take out the Valkyrie
Take out the thieves.
Take out the thief.
Collect the Cargo.
Take the Cargo to the Warehouse.

Personnel Issue

So, the seller won't give us the pickup location unless we take someone out for him. This wasn't the job description, boss, but anything for the company, right? Details on the way, location's on your GPS.

Objectives:

Multiple Vehicles - Map Searching

Cargo on the Sea

This isn't cool. The shipment's held up on a boat off the coast. Looks like the crew turned hostile, too. I would take them out, and get the goods to the warehouse as soon as possible.

Robbed Cargos

The Police Transporter

Law enforcement seized the goods, but the tracker's still live. They won't know you're coming: jack the van and bring it home.

Police Confiscation

Bad news. Someone leaked intel, and now our goods are sitting in a secure vehicle in a police compound. I guess you could ask them nicely?

Auto Shop

Hey, jefa, what's up. So, one of my brothers just gave me a tap on the shoulder. Word is there's a whole stack of cargo sitting in the mod shop over town. There's some crew sitting on it, but don't even worry about 'em, you'll roll right through them for real. Just get the van back here and we'll do the rest.

Objectives:

Go to the Auto Shop.
Enter the Auto Shop.
Steal the Cargo.
Find and collect the van keys.
Steal the Cargo.
Exit the Auto Shop.Take the Cargo to the Warehouse.

Recover valuables

Objectives:

Open the trunk of the Emperor
Collect the satchel charges.
Go to Location.
Go to the wreck site.
Blow open the containers.
Collect the valuables.
Deliver the valuables to the safehouse.
Deliver the Cargo to the Warehouse.

Special Cargo: Sell Missions List

Accessing the Ad-Hawk server on the computer inside the player's warehouse will allow the player to sell their stored goods. The more goods the player has stored, the more expensive they become.
