The Rocket Voltic is a variant of the standard Voltic base model.

The Rocket Voltic can be purchased in GTA Online from Warstock Cache & Carry for a price of $3,830,400.
The Rocket Voltic can be stored in the Vehicle Warehouse (Special). It can be customized at Los Santos Customs. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties.
Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Rocket Voltic from the Interaction Menu - Special Vehicles. However, the Rocket Voltic cannot be used in standard races.

Rocket Voltic Description:
There's a very sound reason we don't strap space shuttle parts onto sports cars. But no one in the boardroom at Coil knew what that reason was, so here we are. Once you hit the button you're more likely to get into orbit than stay on the road, and no one has yet survived either outcome to tell us if it was worth it. Probably was though.
Note, the production model of this vehicle has a longer recharge time on uses of the rocket burst.
