The Legendary Perch can be found in Elysian Pool. Local fishermen state that the best way to attract this fish is with Special Lake Lures. It has been noted that this fish becomes more active during sunnier weather. The estimated size of this Legendary Perch is considered to be around nineteen inches and weighing over two pounds.

This is one of the 13 Legendary Fish required to be caught for the "A Fisher of Fish" Stranger Side Mission quest, which count as Collectibles needed for 100% Completion of the game.
