The American Fox Hound is a popular breed of dog that can be found in towns across the states. Their omnivorous diet usually consists of dog food made up from meat, vegetable matter, and offal. These dogs were bred for hunting, and are cousins of the English Fox Hound.

As of the 1.11 Frontier Pursuits Update, the American Fox Hound is also available to be selected as a personal Camp Dog in Red Dead Online, for the price of $275,00.
