In Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, the player can access several drive-by challenges.

Drive-By Missions: 9mm Mayhem

9mm Mayhem GTA LCS side mission
The mission requires the player to take out at least 10 targets in a timespan of 3 minutes and 30 seconds. When the player starts the mission, they receive 3 Adrenaline Pills and a MAC-10 with infinite ammunition, which does not need reloading. The Freeway is driven by an NPC, so the player can focus solely on shooting their targets.
The Adrenaline Pills give the player a speed boost while also seemingly slowing down game speed. Even though game speed is reduced, aiming speed remains the same.
Once the player's damage meter fills up, the mission ends.
Each kill gives the player a sum of cash which grows quadratically, by the following formula 5 * (Target no.)2 . The first kill awards 5$, the second $20, up to $1125 for the 15th.
