The Willard Outreach Faction is a Emergency vehicle featured in GTA Online on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, added to the game as part of the 1.70 Agents of Sabotage update on December 19, 2024.

The Outreach Faction is a variant of the standard Faction Custom base model.

How to get the Outreach Faction in GTA Online:

The Outreach Faction can be purchased in GTA Online from Warstock Cache & Carry for a price of $4,150,000.

The Outreach Faction can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can only be customized in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties.

Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Outreach Faction from the Mechanic.

How to unlock the Outreach Faction Trade Price?

A trade price of $3,112,500 (Discounted)* can be unlocked for the Outreach Faction.

*The discounted Trade Price is unlocked after completing Slow and Low as part of Lowriders

Where to find the Outreach Faction in GTA Online:
The Outreach Faction may also spawn as a random event with the Coquette D10 Pursuit at the BJ Smith Recreational Center (in an alley next to Davis Sheriff's Station), or at an apartment complex on Carson Avenue in Rancho.

The player needs to be in the lobby for a minimum of 20 minutes, after which they have 10 minutes to reach one of these locations. However, stolen vehicles cannot be stored or used for Dispatch Work.
