  Where to find the Coquette D10 Pursuit in GTA Online:

  The Coquette D10 Pursuit may also spawn as a random event with the Outreach Faction at the BJ Smith Recreational Center (in an alley next to Davis Sheriff's Station), or at an apartment complex on Carson Avenue in Rancho.

  The player needs to be in the lobby for a minimum of 20 minutes, after which they have 10 minutes to reach one of these locations. However, stolen vehicles cannot be stored or used for Dispatch Work.
