To Victor, The Spoils is a main story mission in GTA Vice City Stories, given by Louise Cassidy-Williams.
It's the 16° VCS mission in chronological order, and it becomes available after completing D.I.V.O.R.C.E..
Following Louise's advice, Victor takes over Marty's Loan Sharking business and recruits some gang members.

- Recruit the henchmen into your gang.
- Get to Marty's loan shark office.
- Kill Marty's guards.
- That's Marty's loan sharking out of business. Wipe out the remnants of his Protection Racket.
