Melanie Mallard

Melanie only appears in the PSP version of the game. She is an aspiring filmmaker, aiming to capture the Triads' control over Liberty City's drug trade for a groundbreaking documentary. Partnering with Chan Jaoming and aided by Huang Lee, Melanie initially seems committed to telling an impactful story.

However, her ambitions take a dark turn when she plans to unmask Chan and Huang on camera for her new show on Channel 15. This betrayal prompts Huang to abduct her, leading to a confrontation at the docks with Chan.
