The Hammer is a weapon in the Melee Weapons class featured in Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online.

This weapon cannot be customized.

The Hammer also appears in GTA 6, Red Dead 2 and GTA Vice City.

How to get the Hammer in GTA 5 Story Mode:

In GTA V, the Hammer can be simply found and picked up around the map (see the spawn locations in the "Appearances" section below), or it can be purchased for a price of $500.

It becomes available after completing the mission Repossession in Story Mode.

How to get the Hammer in GTA Online:

In GTA Online, the Hammer can be simply found and picked up around the map (see the spawn locations in the "Appearances" section below), or it can be purchased for a price of $500.

It is available for Free for owners of the Special / Collector's Edition of Grand Theft Auto V.
