How to get the Winky in GTA Online:
The Winky can be obtained in GTA Online as a Bonus Reward, or it can be purchased for a price of $1,100,000.
The Winky can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Los Santos Customs. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties.
Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Winky from the Mechanic.
How to unlock the Winky Trade Price?
A trade price of $825,000 (Discounted)* can be unlocked for the Winky.
On PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, the Winky can also be unlocked as a Career Progress Reward by completing Tier 4 in "The Cayo Perico Heist" category.
