The Bravado Buffalo EVX is an armored Muscle Car featured in GTA Online on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, added to the game as part of the 1.67 Mercenaries update on June 22, 2023.
This is one of the few vehicles eligible for the special HSW Performance Upgrade at the LS Car Meet exclusively to PS5 & Xbox Series X|S, which considerably increases the top speed.
This is one of the Imani Tech vehicles that via the Agency Workshop can be equipped with a Missile Lock-On Jammer, which prevents it from being targeted by Homing Missiles, or can be turned into a Remote-Controlled vehicle. It also comes with an extra Armor Plating upgrade, increasing explosive resistance.

The Buffalo EVX can be purchased in GTA Online from Legendary Motorsport for a price of $2,140,000.
The Buffalo EVX can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Los Santos Customs, Agency Vehicle Workshop and Hao's Special Works. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties.
Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Buffalo EVX from the Mechanic.
The HSW conversion cost to upgrade the Buffalo EVX is $1,415,000.

The actual top speed of the Buffalo EVX in GTA V is 119.00 mph (191.51 km/h) when it's fully upgraded, as it's been accurately tested in-game by Broughy1322.
However, when upgraded with the PS5/XSX exclusive HSW improvements, the Buffalo EVX can reach the crazy top speed of 144.80 mph (233.03 km/h). Keep in mind that the HSW mods can be disabled in races.
The Buffalo EVX is an armored vehicle, and with full Armor it requires 12 Homing Missiles to be destroyed.
