Tag Team (Arena War)

Tag Team (Arena War) is an Adversary Mode in GTA Online.

This job has been added to the game as part of the 1.46 Arena War update on December 11, 2018, and is available on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

This is a Team PVP mode that can be played by 2 - 4 Teams, for a total of 2 to 16 players.

Arena War isn't all about ruthless individualism. Sometimes there really is safety in numbers - and in Tag Team you're going to need it. Each team has one player in the arena at a time, and their only objective is to immolate the opposition. If you're taking heavy fire you can tag in one of your teammates, but remember, this only ends one way - and it's you or them.

In Tag Team, players are split into two to four teams, and the teams compete to be the Last Team Standing.

Every round, only one player from each team is put into the arena, while the others are placed in the spectator box. From the spectator box, players may use abilities and tools such as traps, turrets, RC Banditos and Battle Drones to help the active player in destroying the enemy contenders.

After 60 seconds of a round has passed, the active player has the option to drive into the pit garage, where they are swapped with another contender from their team.
