Blow Fish is a main story mission in GTA 3, given to Claude by Toni Cipriani.
It's the 18° mission in GTA III in chronological order, and it takes place in Portland. It becomes available after completing Triads and Tribulations.
Toni wants the Triads dealt with once and for all.
