Bomb Da Base: Act I is a main story mission in GTA 3, given to Claude by Salvatore Leone.
It's the 20° mission in GTA III in chronological order, and it takes place in Portland. It becomes available after completing Blow Fish and Cutting The Grass.
Salvatore wants Claude to destroy the freighter being used by the Colombian Cartel to make SPANK.

This mission consists only of a cutscene. You will then have to visit 8-Ball's bomb shop to get the necessary explosives and trigger the second part of the mission, Bomb Da Base: Act II.
