It has been added to the game as part of the 1.34 Further Adventures in Finance and Felony update on June 7, 2016.
Warehouses are purchasable through the Office laptop, and they are used for the Special Cargo business. There are 3 sizes of Warehouse: Small, Medium, and Large, which differ in capacity.
This is a Large Warehouses that can store a total of 111 crates.
How to buy the Xero Gas Factory in GTA Online:
The Xero Gas Factory can be purchased from SecuroServ for a price of $2,365,000.
You must be the CEO of an Organization and own an Office in order to buy a Warehouse via the SecuroServ Special Cargo Network, which can be accessed at the computer on the desk in the Office.
The economy is stronger than it's ever been, there isn't a nationwide fossil fuel crisis, and Xero Gas have a huge amount of warehouse space on the market for no particular reason. Long-term let available.
