It has been added to the game as part of the 1.44 After Hours update on July 24, 2018.

This property allows you to manage your own Nightclub to generate legitimate income, and also act as a Hub for your other illicit Businesses, allowing you to store and sell additional product and cargo. This is also the storage location for the Terrorbye and Oppressor Mk II.
