In Blood Brothers, Niko is tasked by Francis McReary to kill his brother, Derrick. As a reward, Francis would give Niko $10,000. Niko dislikes Francis' actions, so he can choose to either kill him or his brother.
- Killing Derrick will reward Niko with $10,000 (or $20,000, if Niko calls Francis again while on the roof), while also allowing Niko to evade up to 3-star wanted levels for free by calling Francis.
- Killing Francis will reward Niko with nothing financially, but will greatly increase his friendship level with Patrick McReary.
Blood Brothers: Mission Objectives
- Go to the courtyard park in Lancet.
- Use the window cleaning platform, on top of the scaffolding, to get to the rooftop.
- Take out Derrick or Francis when ready.
- Get off the roof and evacuate the area.
