Although Rockstar Games hasn’t yet revealed the full list of in-game properties, this page will be constantly updated as new info becomes available. Once GTA 6 is released, you'll find here the full list of every safehouse, business, and property across Vice City and the state of Leonida.
As with every Grand Theft Auto game, safehouses allow players to save progress, change outfits, store vehicles, and perform other activities.
If history is any indication, we can expect GTA 6 to also feature purchasable businesses that generate passive income for the player, similarly to GTA V or GTA Vice City.
GTA 6 Confirmed Properties So Far
At the moment, only one property has been clearly shown so far in official material.
This is what appears to be the starting safehouse for Jason, located in The Leonida Keys, as seen in the second trailer of the game.
The property belongs to drug runner Brian Heder, who is letting Jason live rent-free in exchange for help with his business, such as collecting payments from his other tenants. After Lucia is released from prison, she seems to move in with Jason, and the two are shown living together from then on.
During the course of the game, Jason and Lucia will surely expand their influence across Vice City and the state of Leonida, unlocking many other safehouses in the process.

Will You Be Able To Buy Properties in GTA 6?
While Rockstar hasn’t officially confirmed property purchases in GTA 6, all signs point to their return - and likely in a more advanced form than ever before. The series has long featured real estate ownership, from buying assets in GTA Vice City to running businesses in GTA V and GTA Online.
With the detailed world of Vice City and Leonida, it’s highly likely players will once again be able to buy, customize, and upgrade properties. The glimpses of Jason repairing his home in the trailer even hint at potential home maintenance or renovation mechanics, suggesting deeper interaction with owned locations.
So while we’ll need to wait for official confirmation, the evidence so far strongly suggests that property ownership will play a key role in GTA 6’s gameplay and progression.
Purchasable properties will likely range from new safehouses to profitable businesses that generate passive income for the player.
