Jeremiah is a wealthy banker and a business associate of Phillip LeClerk and Amos Lancing.
During the events of Red Dead Online, him and Amos conspire to take over Phillip's business, having Grace's outlaw brother, Teddy, murder him.
Not long after, the protagonist, who was wrongfully accused of the murder, finds out the true criminals. Later, an enraged Jessica LeClerck shoots Lancing dead after a failed meeting with him and Shaw. Jeremiah is ordered to flee, which he does.
