GTA Vice City Stories: Side Missions

In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, the player can take part in several side-missions, unrelated to the main game's story. The activities listed below, including challenges, time trials and races, or vehicle missions, are all required for 100% completion of the game.

GTA Vice City Stories: Activities and Challenges

There exist several challenges in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories that the player must finish for 100% completion of the game. Generally, these missions are unlocked after a certain moment during the main story and are accessible at a specific location or by entering a specific, parked vehicle.

• Vice Sights - Complete all 5 levels.
• Skywolf - Complete the checkpoint course.
• Rush! - Cause at least $1700 worth of damage. (PS2 Only)

• Caddy Daddy - Complete 3 laps in under 6 minutes.
• Land, Sea And Air Ace - Complete the three-vehicle race in under 4:30 minutes.
• Watersports - Complete all 8 courses.
• Sanchez Time Trials - Complete all 12 courses.
• BMX Time Trials - Complete all 8 courses.
• Quadbike Time Trials - Complete all 4 courses.

GTA Vice City Stories: Vehicle Missions

Alongside the usual side missions. the player may also begin various special Vehicle Missions when inside of certain vehicles. These missions must all be done for 100% completion of the game and offer special rewards.

During free-mode gameplay, the player can also complete activities that involve finding collectibles. These are scattered in specific locations throughout Vice City and must be picked up / destroyed / completed for 100% completion of the game.

• Civil Asset Forfeiture Impound - Collect all 32 vehicles and boats required by the Impound.

GTA Vice City Stories: Empire Building

In GTA Vice City Stories, the player may own and develop illicit businesses. Owning all of the businesses with their respective empire sites is required for 100% completion of the game. Additionally, the player must achieve the highest rank in all of the businesses for 100% completion of the game.

More exactly, the player must own all 30 empire sites available and achieve the specific ranks for the businesses:

• Protection Racket: Ultimate Badass;
• Loan Shark: Crim Reaper;
• Prostitution: Mack Daddy;
• Drugs: Smack Daddy;
• Smuggling: Pirate Captain;
• Robbery: Heist Mester.

GTA Vice City Stories: 100% Completion Rewards

Achieving 100% completion in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories rewards you greatly. 

• First of all, the player will never have to buy ammunition again. All weapons have infinite ammunition.
• The Clymenus Suite safehouse allows the player to re-watch all of the storyline cutscenes.
• On the PSP version of the game, all multiplayer content is unlocked.
