GTA Vice City Stories: Empire Building
In GTA Vice City Stories, the player may own and develop illicit businesses. Owning all of the businesses with their respective empire sites is required for 100% completion of the game. Additionally, the player must achieve the highest rank in all of the businesses for 100% completion of the game.
More exactly, the player must own all 30 empire sites available and achieve the specific ranks for the businesses:
- Protection Racket: Ultimate Badass;
- Loan Shark: Crim Reaper;
- Prostitution: Mack Daddy;
- Drugs: Smack Daddy;
- Smuggling: Pirate Captain;
- Robbery: Heist Mester.

GTA Vice City Stories: 100% Completion Rewards
Achieving 100% completion in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories rewards you greatly.
- First of all, the player will never have to buy ammunition again. All weapons have infinite ammunition.
- The Clymenus Suite safehouse allows the player to re-watch all of the storyline cutscenes.
