Once you've purchased certain businesses and properties in Grand Theft Auto V, you'll occasionally receive calls, text messages, or emails from the property's manager asking for assistance.
These Property Management Missions are optional side activities that help keep your businesses running smoothly and maximize their weekly income. They are not required for 100% Completion of the game.
The requests range from defending your property against gang attacks to delivering supplies, chasing down thieves, or completing special business-related tasks. Ignoring these requests won't prevent you from owning the property, but it can reduce that week's profits.
This guide covers every Property Management Mission in GTA V, how they work, and which properties can trigger them.
Properties That Offer Management Missions
The following purchasable properties can generate Property Management Missions:
- Car Scrapyard
- Doppler Cinema (Michael Only)
- Downtown Cab Co. (Franklin Only)
- Hookies
- Pitchers
- Smoke on the Water (Franklin Only)
- Ten Cent Theater (Michael Only)
- Tequi-la-la
- The Hen House

Some properties can only be purchased by a specific protagonist.
Once purchased, the property's manager will contact you to introduce themselves and explain how the business operates.
Property Management Mission Types
Below you find the list of possible GTA V Property Management missions that you can encounter during normal gameplay.
These events occur randomly every few in-game days and include a variety of mission types depending on the business you own.
Product Deliveries
Available at: Bars & Smoke on the Water
Managers occasionally request help transporting supplies needed to keep the business operating. After accepting the request, a P marker appears on the map leading to a delivery vehicle, usually a Benson truck.
Your objective is simple: pick up the vehicle, deliver the cargo before the timer expires, and minimize vehicle damage along the way.
Van Recovery
Available only at: Smoke on the Water
Smoke on the Water features an additional mission unique to the business. Instead of delivering supplies, you'll be asked to recover one of the company's missing delivery vans.
Depending on the scenario, you'll need to retrieve the van either from a driver who bailed, a thief, or a driver who's been arrested. In the latter case, you'll need to lose the cops before returning the vehicle.
Gang Attacks
Available at: Bars & Car Scrapyard
One of the most action-packed management missions involves defending your business from hostile gang members. Upon arriving at the property, you'll encounter armed attackers attempting to damage the business or intimidate its staff.
To complete the mission, you must eliminate all hostile gang members and prevent fleeing enemies from escaping.
Paparazzi Chase
Available at: Bars
Occasionally, bar managers will complain about paparazzi harassing customers outside the venue.
Your task is to chase the photographer and recover their camera and phone. The easiest way to complete this mission is by gently knocking the paparazzo off their motorcycle, causing them to drop the equipment.
Although you can kill the target, doing so results in a less favorable response from the property's manager.
Robbery Response
Available at: Bars & Cinemas
If thieves rob your property, the manager will immediately contact you. The robbers usually flee in a vehicle while firing at anyone pursuing them.
To complete the mission, you must chase the thieves, take them down, and recover the stolen cash.
Aerial Promotion
Available at: Cinemas
Cinema owners occasionally ask Michael to promote upcoming films by distributing flyers from the air.
You'll pilot a Mallard aircraft over Los Santos, releasing promotional leaflets at designated checkpoints.
After completing the route, safely return the aircraft to finish the mission.
Private Taxi Fares
Available only at: Downtown Cab Co.
Once Franklin purchases Downtown Cab Co., he gains access to a series of Private Taxi Fares.
Unlike ordinary taxi jobs, these are unique passengers with their own dialogue and destinations.
There are nine special fares in total, each becoming available through phone calls from the company's manager.
Other Businesses With Side Missions
Some purchasable businesses feature their own dedicated gameplay systems rather than the standard Property Management Missions. These properties do not generate a weekly income, but instead reward the player with cash after completing missions.
Towing Missions
Available at: LSPD Auto Impound (Franklin)
Purchasing the LSPD Auto Impound unlocks Towing Missions, provided Franklin has completed all Tonya's Strangers and Freaks missions.
Each successfully delivered vehicle earns up to $500, with the maximum reward given for avoiding damage.
Arms Trafficking Missions
Available at: McKenzie Field Hangar (Trevor)
After purchasing the McKenzie Field Hangar, Trevor unlocks the Arms Trafficking Missions.
These missions are divided into two categories: Air Trafficking and Ground Trafficking, with five unique missions for each type.
Once all missions have been completed, they become available again in a random order.
Nuclear Waste Collection
Available at: Sonar Collections Dock
Purchasing the Sonar Collections Dock unlocks the Nuclear Waste Collection activity.
Using the property's submarine, players can locate and recover 30 barrels of nuclear waste scattered across the ocean floor.
Rewards include: $23,000 for each barrel recovered, and $250,000 as the completion bonus - for a total income of $940,000.
Note: The Vanilla Unicorn, Los Santos Customs, Los Santos Golf Club, and Vehicle Storage properties do not include any property management missions.
