Tennis

Tennis is a side-activity present in Grand Theft Auto V that can be played in various locations of San Andreas.

There are 8 Tennis courts that can be chosen when going out on dates or hanging out with friends, but Tennis can only be played by Michael or Trevor. Before starting the game, the player can choose the number of sets they wish to play and the game's difficulty.

Unlike golf, Tennis can be accessed at any time of day. Winning one game of tennis is required for 100% Completion of the game.

There are several types of shots the player can use when playing Tennis, including lobs, topspins, and backspins.

• Amanda de Santa is available as an opponent when playing Tennis on the court behind her house or when on an activity with Michael.
• Jimmy de Santa is available as an opponent during friend activities with either Michael or Trevor.
• Michael himself is available as an opponent during friend activities with Trevor.
• Trevor himself is available as an opponent during friend activities with Michael.
• Donato: NPC opponent

Playing tennis increases the Strength stat of the protagonist, while also offering a small amount of money on wins:
